Learning Management Systems
Datatrain courseware can be integrated with many industry standard learning management systems (LMS). Our courseware is compatible with LMS that are SCORM 1.1 or 1.2, and is AICC compliant. Datatrain is also compatible with the NETg Skill Vantage Manager standard.

To view Datatrain courseware, you need a web browser with JavaScript enabled and the Macromedia Flash 5 Plug-In installed.
If you do not have an existing LMS, Datatrain offers you the option of using the Datatrain Learning Management System in your organization.
Datatrain Learning Management System
The Datatrain Learning Management System provides a framework for organizations to distribute and manage e-learning, which makes the design and maintenance of training schedules a breeze. From day-to-day functions, such as adding new students and assigning courses, to the ability to export student results for use in reports and spreadsheets, the Datatrain Management System helps you manage your training administration quickly and easily. It also enables you to distribute Datatrain courseware while maintaining central management and result recording.
The Datatrain Learning Management System is included in our solution as a client/server application designed for implementation in corporate intranets and across the Internet. All course and student records, security, and privileges are maintained by the Datatrain Learning Management System. The system also provides a range of Datatrain administrative functions for authorized administrators.

Hard disk requirements depend on the number of courses installed. The maximum requirement for all Datatrain curricula is 700MB. Remember to make allowances for sufficient memory, system capacity, and disk space for other applications that the client or the server will be running.
*The Datatrain Server is a software application. It can be run on any system that is connected to a network with this capacity or configuration. This system does not have to be a file server or application server.
CD
The Datatrain Standalone Player runs directly from a CD and is particularly useful for clients whose systems are locked down, or where authorization is required before any software can be installed. The Datatrain Standalone Player is run in stand-alone mode on a single computer. Each computer contains the results of that computer's users and there is no central repository of assessment results. The first time the player is run, the user is asked for a hard disk location in which to store the results. This is the only hard disk use of the player so only a small amount of disk space is required.
The visual elements of the Datatrain Standalone Player interface can be completely customized to align with your corporate image so Datatrain blends seamlessly with your existing training environment.
